We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager - PPC (Production Planning and Control) with a background in sheet metal . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly production plans, coordinating with the supply chain, and ensuring on-time delivery to all customers. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and SAP to optimize production schedules and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Scheduling : Prepare the monthly plan to run the MRP . You will also be responsible for creating and analyzing Plan vs. Actual data in SAP .
- Materials Coordination : Prepare RM (Raw Material) and BOP (Bought Out Parts) requirements and coordinate with SCM (Supply Chain Management) to ensure a seamless flow of materials.
- Delivery & Customer Service : Ensure on-time delivery to all domestic and export Customers , maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare MCM (Material Consumption Monitoring) data and review it with the manufacturing head to identify areas for improvement and control costs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager - PPC or in a similar role.Strong background in sheet metal manufacturing .Expertise in preparing and running MRP .Hands-on experience with SAP for planning and analysis.Skills
