Senior Consultant – Salesforce O2C Expert
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions supporting the O2C process, with a focus on quoting, pricing, contract lifecycle management, and order processing.
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ to enable accurate, scalable, and compliant quoting and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and SAP systems (e.g., SAP MDG, S / 4HANA), enabling consistent data flow across quoting, contracting, and billing.
- Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) within Salesforce, including template creation, approval workflows, and digital signatures.
- Conduct blueprint and design workshops to define and challenge requirements along the lead-to-cash value chain, promoting simplification and standardization.
- Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and compliance, especially for pricing rules, discount structures, and contractual terms.
- Contribute to data migration and synchronization efforts between Salesforce and SAP platforms.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, especially those related to CPQ, CLM, and Revenue Cloud, and assess their impact on existing processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects, including at least 3 full lifecycle deployments.Strong functional expertise in CRM and O2C processes, including quoting, pricing, and contract management.Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and contract lifecycle tools.Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms and managing data migration.
