Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud / CDP.
- Build and manage customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce CDP with other enterprise applications and external data sources.
- Develop custom solutions leveraging AMPscript, SQL, and automation tools within SFMC.
- Ensure seamless data management, cleansing, and enrichment to improve campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation, coding standards, and best practices for long-term Skills & : Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Expertise :
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Must have experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
- Certification in Data Cloud / CDP is Skills :
- Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and REST / SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Data
Extensions.
Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and consent management.Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development Skills :Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.Experience with Einstein for Marketing Cloud, personalization, and analytics.(ref : hirist.tech)
