Responsibilities :

• Candidate Sourcing : Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels.
• Screening : Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Job Postings : Assist in creating and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Communication : Correspond with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Conducting engagement activities, training and development sessions for the team.
• Other HR Operations
