Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels.
- Screening : Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Job Postings : Assist in creating and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Communication : Correspond with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Conducting engagement activities, training and development sessions for the team.
