Role Objective (Why the Position Exists) :
To lead and strengthen Style Baazar’s Talent & Organizational Development initiatives, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Employer Branding. The role is pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent while ensuring alignment of people strategies with the organization’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Educational Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline with an MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development functions, preferably in the Apparel Retail industry.
Compensation Offered :
