Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and promoting hospital services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting training sessions for the sales team, managing customer service, and coordinating with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in developing and conducting Training programs
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
