Role Overview
We are looking for 2 Performance Marketing Specialists who will manage and scale our active campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility through measurable digital campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, CAC, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure continuity and support as backup for team members when required.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads & programmatic platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Excellent understanding of A / B testing, funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns / projects simultaneously.
