Responsibilities The following are key knowledge areas required :

• Knowledge of the Data management / Securities Static Data / Security Pricing / Market data vendors
• Investigation on Data quality issues / Escalations handling experience. Skills & Ability : The following are key Skill and Ability areas required :
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various customers.
• Strong Customer Service Skills – Aware about TAT and SLA about requests received.
• Should have good analytical skills and decisions making skills. Additional Responsibilities : Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and / or experience :
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• For JL 3, minimum 2 years of exp and JL 4 Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Static data and pricing
• Thorough working knowledge of Ref / Static data / Pricing.
• Aware about different product / Security types
• Willingness to work in UK / Night Shifts based on Client requirements
• Eligible to prepare all required reports : MIS / SLA / Data quality etc.
