Manager – Process Excellence

Work Location : Aqaba, Jordan (On Site)

Reports to : General Manager – GIA Apparels

GIA Apparels, one of Jordan’s leading apparel manufacturers with 8,000+ employees, is seeking a Manager – Process Excellence to strengthen systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

Ensure company processes are documented, updated, and consistently followed.

Conduct GEMBA walks across operations and support functions.

Lead cross-department collaboration and process improvement initiatives.

Report directly to the General Manager on adherence and optimization.

Deliver projects that make processes smarter, faster, and more effective.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in operations, quality, or process excellence (manufacturing preferred).

Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.

Excellent communication skills to engage management and shopfloor teams.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
