Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Lead to drive the design and standardization of enterprise-wide business processes. This role will be responsible for defining design principles, establishing process standards, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. The individual will lead global process design at the L4 level, define KPIs and success metrics, and support seamless integration of IT tools with SAP and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities Design & Governance :

  • Define and implement design principles for business process design, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Establish global process design standards and frameworks; ensure compliance across all functions and geographies.
  • Lead, facilitate, and coordinate the design of global processes at the L4 process level.
  • Ensure alignment of process design with business objectives, compliance standards, and system & Performance Metrics :
  • Prepare and finalize success criteria, KPIs, and objectives tailored to ERP program Phases 2 and 3.
  • Monitor adherence to design principles and ensure high-quality deliverables across all process streams.
  • Drive consistency and standardization across global operations, minimizing process variations.

Systems Integration & Enablement :

  • Define integration methodologies for IT tools with SAP, including Ariba, PLM, MES, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and functional leaders to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and tools.
  • Provide oversight on data, process mapping, and integration testing activities.

    • Continuous Improvement & Change Management :

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and change management support to enable adoption of standardized processes.
  • Champion a culture of process excellence and governance maturity.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : 812 years in process design, ERP transformation, or process excellence roles.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ERP and integration with tools like Ariba, PLM, MES, etc.
  • Experience in global process design and standardization initiatives.
  • Strong background in KPI definition, governance frameworks, and L4-level process mapping.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Certifications :

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt).
  • ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
  • ERP functional certifications (SAP, Ariba, PLM, etc.) advantageous.
