Manager - Demand Management - AdTech / Demand Side Platform

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned industry professional who has a high-performance background in ad tech business operations, partner account management & revenue optimization, team management & overall strategy driving the business. As a Demand-Side Platform agnostic platform, our focus is to grow the ad-exchange business while helping direct advertisers hit their KPIs.The candidate should have good analytical skills, can interpret and work with big data and should be technically inclined (coding not required) As a strategic advisor to your clients, you will have the ability to be proactive, work independently, and possess excellent customer facing communication skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients and will be responsible for ensuring their success.

Job description :

1. Own all strategic and operational aspects of client relationships, including overseeing integration and onboarding of new partners

2. Use strong analysis, interpretation and independent judgment to strategize and identify revenue opportunities for PnL growth

3. Liaise with internal teams like product and engineering to execute strategies and deliver custom client requirements

4. Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service and support

5. Conduct research to gather intelligence on competitor products and constantly update yourself on the ad tech landscape

Ideal Candidate

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in areas mentioned.

3. Proven account management experience working with top Demand-Side Platform like Google DV 360 / TTD / Criteo to grow their spends through Media.net Exchange

4. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

6. Proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement them.

7. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.

9. Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and technologies, such as social media advertising and ad exchanges, is a plus.
