Core Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze market data and prepare actionable area working plans based on market research and performance insights.
• Drive the execution of policies, strategies, and business plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including :
• External : Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutions, and pharmacies.
• Internal : Territory Business Managers (TBMs) and other organizational teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.
• Communicate effectively by simplifying complex information and ensuring clear understanding across teams.
• Monitor team performance regularly, providing follow-up and support to improve productivity.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation using basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Email).
