Role Description : We are looking for a

dedicated and empathetic Infertility Counsellor

to join our team at the

Nellore branch

Candidates should have a

minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience

, while those with

3–4 years of experience

in infertility counselling will be given

preference

Educate patients about fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, surrogacy, etc.) in simple, understandable terms.

Provide empathetic, confidential, and professional counselling to couples and individuals undergoing fertility evaluation or treatment.

Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and treatment schedules.

Maintain regular follow-up calls or messages to track patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans.

Handle patient queries empathetically — both in person and through phone or digital channels.

Maintain accurate counselling notes, consent forms, and patient communication records.

Prepare daily / weekly counselling reports for review by the clinical and administrative heads.

Ensure proper coordination and communication between

patients

to facilitate a seamless patient experience and smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, having completed a hybrid-mode program will be an added advantage.
