Role Overview :
We’re looking for passionate and dynamic professionals to join upGrad’s International Sales team. As an
Admissions Counsellor
, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners across global markets, guiding them through their career and learning journey.
Key Responsibilities :
Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement.
Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.
Clearly articulate the value and impact of upGrad’s learning solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.
What We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of experience in
international sales
(preferably in
EdTech
).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of
global cultural nuances
and student behavior.
Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional.
Proficient with
MS Office
and familiar with
CRM tools
