Location : Remote (India) Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 5–8 Years Compensation : ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 LPA + Incentives

Work Schedule & Availability (Mandatory)

This is a Crucial Split / Flexible Shift designed to cover international time zones. Candidates must be available and ready to work during the following work schedule :

• Work Days : 6 days a week (Sunday is a fixed off).
• Wider Window : Flexibility is required for tasks / urgent follow-ups as per Business Requirement

About the Role

As a Senior Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role is to engage with potential students over phone calls, understand their needs, explain our courses, and drive admissions through consultative selling. You will be making 80–100 calls daily, ensuring consistent follow-ups, and meeting monthly enrollment targets. This role is highly focused on sales conversion and achieving aggressive targets.
