Role Description :

• Ensure the company complies with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
• Conduct regular audits of financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
• Maintaining Board resolution and preparing minutes of Board Meetings
• Facilitate the secretarial audit process by coordinating with the external auditors.
• Assisting in timely completion of the Audit Report.
• Maintain accurate records and filings related to statutory requirements.
• Keeping abreast of changes in company law and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
