As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive high-impact campaigns and act as a strategic force behind our growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC
• Lead A / B testing of creatives — including ad copy, visuals, and formats — to discover breakthrough campaigns
• Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums

Who We’re Looking For

3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands

Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics , and attribution tools

A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills

Confident in taking ownership — from setting strategy to leading execution

Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction

INR 5 – 7 LPA , based on experience and skillset.
