Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description – Zonal Head – Bangalore

Job Summary :

The Zonal Head is a senior leadership role responsible for the development and execution of store opening and sales strategies within a designated geographic zone or region. This position plays a key role in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.

Sales Target Achievement : Ensure that sales per store is achieved and KPIs are met or exceeded within the designated zone or region.

Distribution Management : Oversee the distribution network and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products or services to Franchisees.

Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes through research and analysis.

Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on sales and development performance, market trends, and regional insights to inform senior management.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the designated region.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).

Proven experience in business development leadership roles.

Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
