Key Responsibilities : -
- Plan, create, and manage daily content across all social media platforms — Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Write captivating captions, trending hashtags, and manage community engagement(DMs, comments, replies).
Coordinate with the design team to create visual content such as posts, stories, andreels.
Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or VN Editor to make quick graphic and video edits.Manage the social media calendar, Influencer Collaborations, schedule posts, andtrack performance insights.
Research trends, reels, and competitor activity to generate new ideas.Run and assist in paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & Instagram promotions).Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams for promotions andcampaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications : -
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Marketing.Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and trending formats.Basic experience with graphic tools (Canva / Photoshop) and video editing tools(CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro).
Strong creativity, writing, and storytelling skills.Ability to handle multiple pages and campaigns simultaneously.Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Gujarati preferred).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.Good to Have : -
Experience working with brands, influencers, or startups.Understanding of social media analytics and insights.Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio.Knowledge of content planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion.Experience : 1-3 years
