• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets in the fashion and apparel retail sector.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams across the region, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Manager - Rest of West should have :
