Position Title : Regional Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across Maharashtra and nearby states, focusing on both new client acquisition and existing account management.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and demos across different cities within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).Up to 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage a sales territory.Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and nearby states.Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Requirements
