Production & Operations

Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Monitor and supervise production lines to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment for production.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
• Support feasibility studies, costing, BOM finalization, and sample preparation for R&D trials.

Quality Assurance

Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures across production stages.

Job Specifications

Reviewing of Raw material Stocks for R&D as well as Bulk Production.

Supervise accurate records of inventory, sales, and transactions.

Tracking of incoming raw materials.

Perform regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.

Train and supervise store staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
