What's the Role About?

As the City Head - Design [BU], you'll lead the design experience and delivery journey for all customers in your city. You'll manage and mentor a team of Design Manager & designers, ensuring every project reflects Livspace's quality standards, brand promise, and design excellence.

This role blends creative leadership with operational execution - owning everything from customer interactions to design sign-offs and delivery alignment. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, team performance, and seamless collaboration with sales, ops, and other key functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Experience & Delivery :

• Own the end-to-end design experience for customers in the city, from first interaction to final design sign-off.
• Ensure high-quality, timely design delivery with complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, NPS, and design excellence.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Project Teams) to ensure alignment and a seamless customer journey.
• Manage escalations related to design experience, ensuring issues are resolved with empathy and speed.
• Engage with central quality, product, and process teams to deploy best practices and tools for efficiencyLead, coach, and enable a team of Design Managers, Senior Designers, and Associates.
