Hiring : General Manager – R&D
Baroda | Ph.D. | 25+ years
We’re looking for a seasoned R&D leader to drive innovation, process optimization, and sustainability in the chlor-alkali industry (Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Hydrogen, etc.).
Key Focus Areas :
Process & cost optimization
Membrane electrolysis, brine purification & waste minimization
New product & downstream development
Sustainability : carbon capture, hydrogen valorization, waste-to-value
Leadership of cross-functional R&D teams
Ideal Profile :
Ph.D. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
27+ years in R&D & process development
Strong expertise in chlorination, photo-chlorination, organic & inorganic chemistry
Proven innovation and patent contributions
