Role : Assistant General Manager – Business Development
We are looking for a high-performing BD professional to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role with complete ownership of the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients in corporate interiors and commercial real estate.
- Lead the complete sales cycle : pitching, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Build a strong, qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, research, and events.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals using Flipspaces’ VR-tech platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
- Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.
Required Experience
5–8 years in B2B sales, interior solutions, workspace design, real estate solutions, or corporate sales.Proven experience in closing mid-to-large value deals independently.Education
Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Management from a Tier 1 institute (names not mentioned).Strong academic record.Skills
