Job Summary :
The AGM - F&B Operations will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all food and beverage operations at Dave & Buster's India. This includes ensuring high-quality service, managing budgets, developing staff, and working to enhance the overall guest experience. The role demands a strong leader with extensive experience in food and beverage management, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
- Guest Experience : Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, addressing guest feedback and resolving any service-related issues promptly.
- Quality Control : Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage presentation, and overall cleanliness of the F&B areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management : Lead, coach, and mentor the F&B team, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a positive, motivated work environment.
- Cost Control & Budgeting : Manage financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Menu Management : Work with culinary teams to optimize menus, ensuring that offerings are aligned with customer preferences and market trends while meeting profitability targets.
- Supplier & Inventory Management : Oversee purchasing and inventory control to ensure stock availability, minimize waste, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Event & Special Operations : Support in the planning and execution of special events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with local regulations, including food safety, hygiene standards, and legal requirements.
- Collaboration with Senior Management : Work closely with General Manager and other senior leaders to align F&B operations with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing F&B operations in high-volume environments (preferably entertainment or hospitality).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of food safety standards, cost control techniques, and current industry trends.Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing P&L statements.Feel free to connect on mrunali.khairnar@imagicaaworld.com
