Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for sales and marketing function of various Industrial minerals for Maharashtra and South region.
Establish and maintain
cordial relationships at all levels
with major customers and other key clients.
Strengthen customer engagement to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity for making the right business strategy.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
Participation in trade shows and seminars.
Conduct
effective market mapping
across industries and regions to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Periodically submission regular updates on performance against budgeted sales and collection, New Business developments, Collections Etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Leadership and Team building ability.
Strong understanding of Industrial Minerals functionality and its applications, Sales & Marketing experience in industries such as Plastics, Paint &Coating, Rubber, Printing ink, Paper, Agrochemicals etc.
Customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and Presentation skills.
Qualification & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum
8 –15 years
of experience of Industrial Minerals sales and Marketing.
Exposure to Industrial
mineral or chemical industry
will be Preferred
