About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to amplify our brand presence both through SEO and social media channels. In this role, you&aposll ideate and execute engaging content (social media, blogs, videos), optimize for search performance, and track metrics to drive growth and brand visibility—straddling creativity and data-driven strategy seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
SEO-Focused Tasks (drawing from SEO Executive JD)
- Conduct keyword research focusing on high-intent terms to drive targeted organic traffic.
- Optimize on-page elements : meta tags, headings, URLs, alt text, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, site speed, mobile friendliness, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript rendering issues.
- Execute link-building campaigns (guest posts, outreach, authoritative backlink strategies).
- Collaborate on SEO-optimized content : blog posts, landing pages, guides, and more.
- Monitor and report using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., providing strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of search algorithm updates, industry SEO shifts, and regulatory considerations in emerging spaces.
Social media-Focused Tasks (inspired by Junior Social Marketing Executive JD)
Plan, create, schedule, and publish captivating content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.Conceptualize and produce trending content—reels, shorts, posters, short videos—ensuring fresh and fun creative output.Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor content; integrate insights into strategy.Engage with audiences, respond to comments / messages, and foster online communities.Collaborate with designers or freelancers for visuals, videos, and copy while maintaining brand voice consistency.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Analysis
Generate periodic reports combining SEO and social media performance insights; propose actionable optimizations for improved reach and engagement.Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns across SEO and social platforms.Experiment with formats (A / B testing, new content styles), optimizing for performance and audience preferences.Monitor industry trends to inform future strategies and content formats.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience Range : 1–3 years in digital marketing roles, with exposure to both SEO and social media management.Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and social media platforms & tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, scheduling tools).Hands-on experience editing visuals or videos using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.Exceptional creative thinking and concise writing abilities tailored for short-form engagement.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for accurate content and campaign tracking.Familiarity with technical web elements (HTML / CSS) is a plus.Excellent collaboration, communication, and multitasking skills.Why Join Us
