What You’ll Do

  • Run end-to-end digital campaigns across Google, Meta, , and more.
  • Own SEO strategy : from keyword research and content optimization to fixing technical gaps.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns with a sharp focus on ROI.
  • Work on integrations and tools (CRM, analytics, tracking pixels, automations).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance — and use data to tweak campaigns in real time.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to find growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to build high-impact creatives.
  • Support brand marketing activities like partnerships, influencer collabs, or events.
  • Be the go-to person for marketing experiments and quick pivots.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO + Paid Ads .
  • Comfortable with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ads , and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, GSC).
  • Knows Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio , or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills — you know how to measure what matters.
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end without too much hand-holding.
  • Curious, creative, and not afraid to try new things.
  • Startup mindset : resourceful, fast-moving, and growth-oriented.
