Relationship Manager - AHF

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
• Conduct cold calls and presentations to promote products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling relevant financial products.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
