Job Title : Brand Solutions Director

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience : 8–10 years

Reporting To : Business Lead / Managing Partner

Role Overview

As Cluster Head, you’ll oversee a portfolio of key accounts, guiding strategy, execution, and team performance. You’ll serve as a growth partner to clients while ensuring the internal team delivers cohesive, high-impact work across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead point of contact for senior client stakeholders, driving strategic direction and brand growth

Oversee 360° digital campaigns across content, media, and influencer functions

Ensure smooth execution of deliverables across accounts, aligned with business objectives

Manage account health, profitability, and resource allocation across the cluster

Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, conducting regular reviews and driving performance

Lead strategic conversations, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business development

What You Bring

8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or integrated communications (agency experience preferred)

Strong track record in managing multi-platform campaigns and client relationships

Solid understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and content planning

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Experience mentoring teams and managing complex account structures
