Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential corporate and educational partners through targeted outreach and data-driven market research.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations proposals and pitch decks to articulate program value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting lead qualification negotiation contract closure and client onboarding.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring high satisfaction and uncovering upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to forecast revenue and inform strategic decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have :2 years of proven experience in business development sales or client acquisition roles.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Preferred :Experience in the EdTech training services or professional development sectors.
