The company also specializes in Business Analytics-as-a-Service, I.T advisory, and scalable cloud computing models tailored to client needs.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Lead specializing in Consultative Sales focusing on Dynamics 365. The Sales Lead will be based in Bengaluru and will be responsible for driving sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing consultative solutions. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting needs assessments, pitching Dynamics 365-based solutions, providing training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Lead will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build productive relationships and effectively address client inquiries
  • Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet revenue targets
  • Problem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, and familiarity with consultative sales approaches
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP / CRM platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
