Role Summary :

You will lead the development of motion control systems for advanced flight simulators, integrating real-time control with commercial servo platforms. You will own motion cueing logic, trajectory control, and interface design with external simulation software or flight models.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement motion control algorithms for 6DOF and 3-axis full-rotation systems.
• Integrate COTS servo drives using EtherCAT, CANopen, or equivalent protocols.
• Design and tune PID / motion profiles (velocity, acceleration, jerk control).
• Write real-time software to manage coordinated motion of multiple axes.
• Interface with flight simulation software to receive input for motion cueing.
• Ensure deterministic control performance and synchronization across devices.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and tuning on hardware.
