Roles and Responsibilities : Prior knowledge of C, C++, Java, and JSON is essential AV Programming - Control system programming - Touch panel programming - Audio DSP programming Programming training to partners AV Tech support - online tech support - offline tech support product troubleshooting - product testing Ready to travel PAN India for programming and tech support.

Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Applications or equivalent is mandatory Preferably 4-8 years’ experience in handling technical profile.

Should have comprehensive knowledge of the technologies in the industry like Audio Visual technologies, Networking & IP technologies.

Knowledge of Unified communication will be added advantage.

Certifications like CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, any Audio-visual technology certification, CCNA and any other networking certifications are preferred.

Should have good written and oral communication in English language.

Should be self-learner, motivator and ability to learn technologies or product functioning on regular basis Good communication & interpersonal skills are mandatory Should have good presentation skills and ability to deliver trainings / present concepts & product info to group of people across various forums Reporting to : Technical Manager Location : To be mandatorily based in Bangalore Powered by JazzHR
