Overview
Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a technically driven professional to lead our Salesforce support team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges and deliver high-quality resolutions supporting the business with Salesforce. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to innovative projects that support our global operations and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Lutron you will :
- Work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud and Field Service
- Interact with users across various Lutron business units and regions, solving their Salesforce-specific technical issues and providing new features to improve business processes
- Work across all aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Interface with other Salesforce developers, testers, and architects to solve user issues or implement / support new capabilities
- Collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills
- provide technical support and guidance to the team on the day-to-day support tasks
- Plan and run the training and onboarding plans for new team members
- Provide day-to-day supervision to the team members
- Identify, suggest and drive process improvements

Qualifications
