Job descriptionOversee and participate in the design and development of custom applications and systems. Drive development standards, code reviews, and best practices. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Lead Android app development using Flutter. Ensure app performance, UI / UX, and integration with backend services. Oversee development and maintenance of applications using .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Design scalable and secure back-end systems and databases. Manage IT infrastructure, network security, and system performance. Ensure data privacy, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in layman's terms.
