Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Resecurity. The role is located in New Delhi but allows for some work from home. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computers, information technology, and help desk support.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Desktop Computers and Information Technology knowledge
• Experience in Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
