With our hyper-growth trajectory, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional in Bangalore, working US business hours, to anchor high-impact GTM / Sales hiring for our North America business, along with select support for UK / EU markets.

About the Role

This role will be a full-cycle recruiting partner for Whatfix’s GTM / Sales leadership, with a strong emphasis on North America hiring (and secondary coverage for UK / EU). You will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategies, headhunting top talent, building talent pipelines for niche roles, and ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

You’ll also collaborate with global TA peers, share best practices, and contribute to building Whatfix’s employer brand in competitive international markets.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Partner with GTM leaders and hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success functions to recruit top-tier talent for North America (primary), UK, and EU markets.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment – from intake meetings to offer negotiations – with a sharp focus on quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies : headhunting, market mapping, competitor research, and engaging passive talent.
  • Drive structured calibration sessions with hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role requirements and interview evaluation criteria.
  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize pipeline conversion, reduce time-to-hire, and raise the talent bar for all hires.
  • Contribute to global TA programs including employer branding campaigns, talent intelligence initiatives, and diversity hiring strategies.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process, ensuring positive brand reinforcement.
  • Collaborate with global TA teams across the US, India, and Europe to align hiring best practices and ensure delivery consistency.
  • Qualifications

    Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong exposure to GTM / Sales hiring for North America markets (Enterprise SaaS or B2B tech highly preferred).
  • Proven success in filling senior, niche, and quota-carrying sales roles (Enterprise AE, Solutions, Marketing leadership, etc.).
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills – ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and hiring teams globally.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency to engage with candidates across North America and Europe.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven tools).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex offer scenarios.
  • Agile, data-driven mindset with high EQ and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
