EXPERIENCE : 5 - 7 years

Job Title : Business Analyst Role perform core Business Analysis activities with minimal supervision, while collaborating with a Lead Business Analyst when needed. Analyze client business needs to recommend, evaluate, and implement effective solutions that align with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business needs and objectives.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration to reach consensus and agreement on requirements, priorities, and outcomes.
• Lead verbal and written communication with internal and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions.

Experience : 5+ years in Business Analysis, preferably on large-scale data platform or cloud AWS Athena, AWS Glue, Delta Lake, Databricks, or equivalent big data / analytics platforms. API-based integrations and user interface design for data access.
