Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between development teams and business partners
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Suggest appropriate functional solutions that align with business objectives
• Aid in acceptance testing and ensure client approval
• Address conflicts and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Work with development teams to assess requirements feasibility and detail
• Resolve ambiguities and provide necessary clarifications
• Assess test scenarios and results
• Document software system requirements ensuring end-to-end traceability
• Employ project / change management tools like Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow
• Implement user stories and acceptance criteria via the Gherkin BDD approach
• Utilize expertise in Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe
• Possess knowledge of Fieldglass modules like Contingent, Assignment, Services, or Profile worker
• Engage in Fieldglass projects including implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, or testing
• Collect and document requirements using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Configure Fieldglass settings as needed
• Facilitate interactions between business teams, development teams, and cross-functional teams
