Lead Analyst

Position Description :

As a Senior UX Designer, you are a strategic partner to product teams and a hands-on practitioner responsible for planning and executing user-centered design across the product lifecycle. You will craft storyboards, scenarios, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and produce clear UX specifications that guide implementation. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI Developers, other Designers, subject-matter experts and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into elegant, usable digital experiences.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end UX design activities : research synthesis, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UX specifications.
• Translate product requirements and user insights into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Create storyboards and scenarios to illustrate flows and use cases.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes (Axure, Figma or equivalent) to validate interactions and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with UI developers and engineers to ensure pixel-accurate and technically feasible implementations; provide detailed assets and guidance.
• Evangelize UX best practices, processes and deliverables across product, engineering and functional teams; educate stakeholders on user-centered design approaches.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards across platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging patterns, and new tools; incorporate relevant innovations into design work.
• Optionally contribute motion design / micro-interaction assets where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

5+ years of professional UX / Interaction Design experience delivering digital products.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to prototype and design elegant UI solutions to real user problems.

Expert proficiency in prototyping and design tools (Axure and / or Figma required).

Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design methods.

Strong visual design fundamentals : typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional audiences.

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills for working in multi-disciplinary environments.

Mandatory : Expertise in Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Must be an expert in prototyping tools like Figma or Axure.

Nice to have : Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
