We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and mentor our Development and QA teams, ensure project alignment with business goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements.
As a primary client-facing role, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience handling complex projects, and expertise in software development and QA methodologies.
As Technical Delivery Manager, You Will
- Manage, mentor, and support Development Leads, QA Leads, Developers, and Analysts.
- Align project priorities with business objectives and resource capacity.
- Monitor program progress, timelines, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to provide project status updates and manage expectations.
- Drive continuous improvements in development and QA processes.
- Establish governance, reporting standards, and escalation mechanisms.
- Oversee the integration of automation, development, and manual testing across projects.
- Provide leadership support in recruitment, team building, and career development
As a Technical Delivery Manager, You Need
8+ years of overall experience in software development, QA, and project / program management.Prior experience managing development and QA teams.Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.PMP / CSM or similar certifications are a plus.Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven program management experience handling large teams and complex projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Familiarity with Agile frameworks, project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and CI / CD.Skills Required
