Role Overview :
The role involves complete ownership and responsibility for managing all operations at the BIAL (Bengaluru International Airport) Quick Ride Pickup Zone. You will lead the on-ground team, oversee daily operations, and drive sales performance to meet organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fully responsible for end-to-end operations at the BIAL Quick Ride Pickup Zone.
- Manage both Sales and Operations, ensuring smooth coordination and service excellence.
- Lead and motivate the on-ground team to achieve business and performance targets.
- Handle team management, pricing strategies, and sales targets with accountability.
- Coordinate closely with BIAL authorities and internal stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and discipline among drivers and taxi service operations.
- Be hands-on in daily execution - monitoring performance, resolving on-ground issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
