Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of customer documentation, guides, and training material.
• Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption patterns, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to relay customer insights and suggest improvements.
• Participate in customer review calls and prepare meeting summaries / reports.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving retention, upselling opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
