Customer Success Internship in Hyderabad

As a Customer Success intern at WEXA AI, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to ensure their success with our cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology. You will be an integral part of our team, providing support, guidance, and solutions to help our customers achieve their goals.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Customer Onboarding & Support
• Assist in onboarding new customers onto Wexa.ai's platform.
• Provide guidance on product setup, basic troubleshooting, and usage best practices.
• Document customer queries and escalate issues to the Customer Success Manager where needed.
• Customer Engagement & Retention
• Support the team in preparing customer communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, and follow-ups.
• Data & Reporting
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM (Zoho Bigin / other tools).
• Assist in preparing weekly dashboards and reports on customer success KPIs.
• Analyze usage patterns to highlight opportunities for upsell / cross-sell.
• Collaboration & Enablement
• Work with implementation, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
• Contribute to building knowledge bases, FAQs, and training material for customers.
• Participate in internal discussions on improving customer experience.
• Learning & Growth
• Gain exposure to Enterprise General Intelligence (EGI) applications and how they transform customer workflows.
• Shadow customer success managers in client calls and note action items.
• Take initiative to suggest improvements in processes or customer communication.
