Key Responsibilities : -
- Develop, manage, and optimize upper-funnel paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies across European markets.
- Collaborate closely with creative and acquisition teams to develop high-performing ads, experiment with creative formats, and continually challenge our creative strategies.
- Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust as needed to meet key performance goals.
- Provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting, making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Design and execute growth hacking strategies for paid and organic channels.
- Work alongside BI and Tech teams to enhance internal tools and improve campaign tracking and analysis.
- Stay on top of social media trends and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are competitive and cutting-edge.
Skills & Qualifications : -
Experience : 3 to 4 years in paid social advertising or user acquisition, with deep expertise in Meta's advertising platform and knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, and more.Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, including experience with A / B testing, ROI analysis, and conversion tracking.Creative Collaboration : Ability to provide feedback on ad creatives, with an understanding of audience engagement and creative performance.Platform Knowledge : Strong expertise in Meta Ads, SKAN Conversion Schema, and MMPs, with a proven ability to leverage analytics tools for campaign optimization and performance tracking.Growth Mindset : Innovative approach to trying out organic and paid tactics for user acquisition.Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize effectively, work under tight deadlines, and manage concurrent projects.Skills Required
