Lead Backend Engineer - Java / Spring Boot

What you need to do :

• Own and drive backend projects end-to-endfrom whiteboard brainstorming to highly available production systems.
• Design and build cloud-native microservices that are resilient, observable, and horizontally scalable.
• Move fast, ship oftencollaborate in a high-velocity environment with short iteration cycles and frequent A / B testing.
• Work with petabyte-scale data, leveraging Redshift and other AWS-native analytics tools to power intelligent product decisions.
• Integrate AI / ML capabilities into product workflows to unlock smarter, more personalized user experiences.
• Collaborate with a strong team of engineers, contributing to code reviews, design reviews, and technical culture.
