Lead Backend Engineer - Java / Spring Boot

We are seeking a Lead Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team in Gurugram. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical skills, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
• Lead architecture discussions and contribute to high-level and low-level system design (HLD & LLD)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java and Spring Boot
• Solve complex problems related to system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps
• Mentor junior developers and help enforce best coding practices
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality
