What You'll Build
- Lead the design and development of production-ready voice AI agents.
- Core backend infrastructure for concurrent voice AI conversations
- Real-time voice processing and AI orchestration systems
- Scalable APIs and monitoring systems for AI deployments
- High-performance data pipelines
- Mentor and guide the engineering team, enforcing best practices and clean code.
- Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.
Requirements
Strong Python expertise and system design skillsProduction experience with REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and RedisHands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) and scalable system design.Deep understanding of speech AI technologies : STT, TTS, ASR, and NLP.Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable codeWhat Sets You Apart
